Site Price Rates are based on 1 or 2 people with a maximum of 4 adults per monthly site. Extra adult charges are $25.00/person, children 12 and under are free. Metered sites are $475.00/month plus your electric. Included are water, sewer, cable & wi-fi.
From November 1st until April 1st we do open up our campground (based on availability) to non-metered sites. This does include our patio sites which range from $600.00 to $650.00/month, all inclusive. During this time period we also will rent our cabins for $850.00 and our Deluxe Cabins for $1000.00/month. Anyone owning an RV ten years or older is required to send a picture of all 4 sides to email@example.com for approval before a reservation can be made. Pets are allowed but must be on leash at all times when outside the camping unit. There is an extra charge for pets in the cabin units of $25.00/month per pet.
